    Dorchester Infill and Small Developments

I know there's no clear definitions of Boston neighborhoods, and the zipcode here probably says Dorchester, but damn this^ feels so squarely Roxbury to me.

very this. a cafe that you could actually sit in and get work done is desperately needed around here. Especially considering Comfort Kitchen just limited their cafe schedule.

    Brookline Infill and Small Developments

every private backyard tennis court in Brookline should rezoned to mixed-use 5-over-1. (but seriously, never bothered looking till recently but the amount of backyard tennis courts is making me giggle)

Isn't it 46 plus 94, since the 46 is from phase 2 and this is NPC just for phase 3--from all office space to 96 units. So a total of 140 units.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

I'm sure this will be a nice addition, but I can't lie that I'm a little tired of these expensive food courts. If I'm spending all this money, I don't wanna feel like I'm at the Emerald Sq. mall...at least they had a carousel.
