    During your tour did they happen to mention if the parking will be "gated". They recently finished installing the fence..but I wasn't sure if they were going to have a gate or not.

    Has anyone actually toured the DNA lofts lately? It looks like they a model unit set up. The landscaping looks good but the other day they were watering it with a hose. Does anyone know if there is an irrigation system in place?

    Pelhamhall - you act like you are the Archboston.org police. I mentioned before that I'm not a broker and definitely not "involved" with this development. Like you, I own properties in the area and I think the new building definitely adds to the area.

    I don't have any pic, but when you drive by you can't miss the landscaping...the developer definitely didn't skimp on it. Definitely checkout the courtyard....they did some nice landscaping in the back also....the trees will provide shade for the exterior parking spaces.

    I just walked by DNA lofts again this morning. The landscaping is very well planned. The trees in the courtyard are great. I think some of them are white pine..if so, they will provide green all winter and grow tall enough to give the upper units some privacy. Nicely done!!!

    Yes...after your comments I do think YOU are an idiot. No...I'm not broker but I do own multiple properties in that area and do walk by everyday. Furthermore - the schoolhouse is going rental. If you knew anything about the market, you would know this by now.

    I walk by the DNA lofts everyday on my way to work. The quality of the construction seems to be very good. One thing I noticed before they put the ceilings in was that they installed insulation between all the floors to dampen the sound. A friend of mine bought a loft in Gateway Terrace and...
