Bike lanes are vastly more efficient at transporting people in cities than vehicle lanes, so person-throughput (not car-throughput) will be increased by adding bike lanes.

Agreed – Seattle has multiple dense urban neighborhoods all connected reasonably well. It's a joy to pick a neighborhood and explore its nooks and crannies. We're talking about urbanism (daily life at ground level), not skylines. There's a thread on tall buildings here...

It loads the full image first and then resizes it to fit the window. I've had multiple instances on multiple devices/connections where pages loaded slowly due to image size, so I fully support maximum image sizes.
