Project Proponent: Greylock Glenville LLC
Project Description: The project is undergoing
Small Project Review pursuant to Article 80 of
the Boston Zoning Code. Greylock Glenville LLC
(the ?Proponent?) intends to construct twenty (20)
residential units and twenty (20) parking spaces on
a 20,780 parcel of land that is currently occupied
by three (3) residential dwellings that have a total
of eighteen (18) bedrooms (the ?Proposed Project?).

Proponent has made subtle changes and produced
more detailed renderings for the proposal.
