I just noticed it a couple days ago as well as I was looking at that Architect's other projects at Lamartine. it has not been submitted to PB or ZB yet and I think this article is from 2023

I did notice that the property( this site) is no longer on any listings ..

Again, I’m not sure what is up with this potential project, hopefully it turns out to be something.
