220 Apartments are being built at 3 Oriol Drive, a bit off the beaten path in an area with a lot of public housing and Recovery Service Providers. 50 Oriol Drive is a former hotel that is being converted into housing for the homeless. I will take some more pics from the current situation of the now closed hotel.

Seems like a good spot to me. It's walking distance to an Aldi and Target (and would have been to a Stop & Shop had it not recently closed). Also right off 290 and not far from 9.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a Market Basket in the old S&S location. The Shrewsbury one is far enough away

Right off the highway too. It's not downtown living but it's not inconvenient for car life.

Any additional units are good units. Build, build, build. More, more, more. Housing is increasingly desperate out here.
