Looking good, I just hope they have some gooood sound proofing and air filtration being directly next to the highway and airport. Not only will there be highway noise but planes landing directly over top.
This is really coming out nicely. Triple pane windows and the only air input goes through a filtered ERV. Having walked the site a number of times it is surprisingly remarkable how much sound is blocked out along the south, highway facing, portion of the building.
