I was reading it more as a cut-through behind the buildings, not necessarily including a bridge. IE, it would also pass behind the D3 building all the way to Prospect St. But perhaps this isn’t much of a shortcut considering geometry and all?

The supplemental materials mention that nothing on the thoroughfare lot should preclude a footbridge there, but doesn’t commit to it.
