Please, immediately, just give Steve Samuels the Keys to the City (whatever the hell that would be). He is a Godsend for great urban life planning. As a developer, he is a Unicorn - - I wish more were like him and had his love of cities. His Lyrik project is such a benefit.

BTW - -notice paragraphs 3 and 4 on that first page - - increasing the affordable units from 3 to 8, the Gold LEED ratings and the fact that one of the two buildings is for housing Childrens Hospital patients.....
