North River Leerink is apparently a lab space developer over on the other side of the tracks. They've actually delivered something in the neighborhood before. That said, I don't see anything of that scale in their portfolio.


Wood is the developer of a bunch of 5-over-1s, including the maligned Alta Revolution at Assembly. To their credit, they're not promising anything more than they're likely to deliver...
