The recent news about Takeda sponsoring the new performing arts venue at 585 Kendall made me wonder.. what's happening with the so-called SeaPAC in this building? Haven't heard a single peep about opening, programming, operator, etc. even though it should be nearly complete. Seems strange for what's meant to be the Seaport's most significant new cultural institution since the ICA.

Amazon’s delayed move into a second Seaport office building appears to be on track for next year, with millions of dollars of new interior work now permitted.

The company received building permits this month for nearly $32 million in work, including offices, conference rooms and amenity spaces, as well as mechanical, electrical and fire safety systems.
