I've been noticing over the past week that the Puma building is surprisingly tall. Doesn't come across fully in the pictures, but it really extends the Assembly "skyline". Just imagine what XMBLY's towers will do...

XMBLY tower will have 20 Flrs, 250’ skyline will look much better

Can I get a "what's happening with Project Xmbly" update (pretty proud of that one)... Dirt has been moving around on several parcels for several months, but that may be a stalling tactic for permitting and financing reasons. Latest mention is in some trade publications where Xmbly is cited as among the biggest projects in the US to break ground in December (https://www.construction.com/news/construction-starts-fall-21-percent-december-Jan-2020). But this one feels like it is a lot of smoke and no fire.

Am I just impatient? That's it, isn't it. I'm just impatient.

Hopefully this turns out like Fan Pier or a smaller version of Navy Pier in DC. Good amount of retail, restaurants, close to casinos.. all supported by Xmbly and Puma's HQ. Win win.. however, would love to see Christmas Tree Shops and olde KMart strip to be vacated and slab up a few 200-250 foot affordable and income restricted housing units.

Either way, great photos guys.

Looking good, Assembly needs some color its all white and grey so far. This should warm it up a bit.

That was fast, this looks like a quality addition and should also help the view from across the river too.
