Any suggestions? Little to no walking possible, and driving not preferred. Looking for something very nearby and great dining (i.e., not the lounge). Also, are there any movie theatres nearby? Thanks in advance.

Copley Place used to have a movie theatre, but not anymore.
Boston has only two mainstream commercial movie theatres, AMC-Loews Boston Common and Regal Fenway. The first is a shorter walk from Copley.
If you're looking for a more 'arty' moviegoing experience, you could see what's playing at Emerson College's Paramount screening room or at the Museum of Fine Arts.

If you want high end, Sorellina is right there. It's pretty good, but a little pricey. They have some home made pasta dishes that are pretty good and a number of high quality entrees.
Le Espalier is also pretty close (second floor on the East Side of the Mandarin Oriental). It's considered one of the better restaurants in the Northeast but be prepared to spend $200 per person at minimum.
