Does anyone know if this year's MBTA Blue Book is going to be published soon, or at all? Last one came out May 10, 2011. I didn't get any response from customer service either.

I was just looking for this today and couldn't find it. Has anyone asked the T about the Blue Book for 2011?

There's one for 2007, 2009, and 2010. I believe 2010 didn't have as much as the 2009 edition.

I'm told by a reliable source that the Blue Book is compiled bi-annually. The next Blue Book will be 2012's.

I guess they must have changed the release schedule form odd years to even years then. Thanks for the info, and I'm looking forward to seeing 2012's data next year.

It's not the Blue Book but they've quietly put out new service planning information.

There's a link on the homepage called 'Bus RPI' which is this.

Basically contains much of the same information as the biannual service plan. Seems like the numbers are slightly newer than what's in the Blue Book 2010. But there's some oddities too. According to these numbers, for example, route 50 has 64 passengers per trip, while route 39 only has 26 passengers per trip. Not sure what to make of them.

It's that time of year again :)

Anyone know?

Last 3 editions have been July, June, and Oct. respectively. I would say we're still a couple months early, but who knows. By their normal revision cycle there should've been a new one last year and there wasn't.
