Kinda surprised about LA too. And SF? What about Silicon Valley etc.? Does this use an MSA measure that excludes San Jose / Orange County from their core cities or something?

Anyway, considering the combined economic power of the BosWash corridor, wouldn't it be cool if we could actually get infrastructure, etc., commeasurate with our size and importance?

I say: no revenues for receiver states until they build us a maglev.
