Boston MetroScenes Update June 2010

Great photos.

In spite of all the criticism dealt out towards Boston here, the city certainly stands out as easily one of the most photogenic in America, IMO. It really is a pretty city.
 
I was thinking somewhat along the same lines. Not so much that Boston is pretty (it is, though) but, really, how ugly the other cities photographed on that site are. C'mon...some of them are just plain ugly. Boston is so dense and unique and has so much character compared to some of the other cities in this country (although it has competitors, for sure) that I don't even think it's right to lump it in the same class as other "cities" just because it shares the same population. Easily one of the best cities in America.
