wow, that went from moving dirt around to significant steel rising in a matter of weeks. Makes a huge difference when you aren't building underground parking.

Love the Bose signage!

Still hoping for good news on the hotel component here which I think could be a slam dunk (pun intended).

I though for a moment that the receding Tsunami [left over from the collapse of the Cumbre Viejo volcano on La Palma in the Canary Islands] had brought the "Mountain" from Framingham

The Bose @ Boston Landing and the Analog Devices Garage [25,000 sq. ft. playground for Hardware Gnurds]@ 125 Summer St will finally ratify the "vote with your feet" -- hardware people are alive and well inside Rt-128
View from "The Garage -- almost like the view from "The Mountain" in Framingham

Im really excited for the 3500 person performance venue included here as well, that was a wonderful surprise when announced. Its great to see the city organically flling a capacity void, and in turn giving the city multiple great options for performance spaces, all the way from small bars.. to the garden.

Were going to have a wide range of venues to choose from pretty soon, plus a few more brand new ones like the Fenway theater and Hub on Causeway that all hold different capacities. Boston is in great shape. The omni should be able to hold concerts as well in the banquet hall if they so choose to. Im sure the Encore could as well, as theyve been holding boxing events, which in itsself is great to see also.
