Project Proponent: Leggat McCall Properties LLC Project Description: The Proposed Project involves the construction of a residential development of ninety-six (96) for sale condominium units. Parking associated with the project will be located at grade but internal to the building to accommodate one hundred and one (101) parking spaces (the ?Proposed Project?). The Proposed Project calls for the demolition of the fi ve existing one-story garage buildings on the project site and the construction of a six-story building with seventy-three (73) one-bedroom units, seventeen (17) one-bedroom plus a den, four (4) studio and two (2) two-bedroom units.
