Project Description: The Proposed Project involves the construction
of Parcel 1B/1C in the Bulfinch Triangle. A mixed-use development
totaling approximately 468,900 square feet will contain an extended
stay hotel (Marriott Town Place Suites) and a Marriott Courtyard
hotel, 209,500 square feet of office space, 37,700 square feet of
retail space and 227 parking spaces.
