Project Description: The Proposed Project involves the construction
of a professionally-managed residence hall for undergraduate and
graduate students and faculty with on-site security and management
and accessory uses as well as space for the Massachusetts Housing
and Shelter Alliance/Cardinal Medeiros Program (?MHASA?). The
Proposed twenty-four (24) story building will consist of approximately
three hundred and eighty-three thousand (383,000) gross square
feet, containing seven hundred and ninety-six (796) beds and
sixteen (16) parking spaces.
