I caught some photos of a highway overpass in Columbus that had been fitted out with retail:
I know something similar is being proposed for Mass. Ave., but why not do this for all bridges over the Mass. Pike, as a temporary measure? Is the cost of this kind of really minor air rights development as prohibitive as that for other developments?
