12/15--Beauty is evoked by design
FREE, Boston Public Library at 6:00 pm

What is beauty? Is it observational, social, political or is it rooted in production? How does a building design embody our culture's definition of beauty? Three Harleston Parker Medal winners--Nader Tehrani, Jane Weinzapfel FAIA and Nick Winton AIA--share their perspectives at a free Boston Society of Architects talk on December 15 at 6:00 pm at the Boston Public Library. The talk's moderated by Sarah Williams Goldhagen of The New Republic.

The Harleston Parker Medal is awarded annually to the city's most beautiful building by the City of Boston and the Boston Society of Architects.

AIA architects and Massachusetts-registered architects are eligible for continuing-education credit for attending this BSA talk.
