Can two threads be combined?

The New Development folder has a thread about Worcester's City Square project. The Greater New England folder has another one. Is there a way to combine them without losing any of the posts to either one? A good discussion won't happen if it's divided between two different places.

well, the best post in the NOrthern New England Section was reposted in the New Development section already, and no one else has really said anything new in NNE. just copy and paste, cause i think the thread has died in NNE.
