THE HARBOR

“The Harbor consists of the new construction of a 23-unit, luxury condominium complex, nestled on the edge of Cohasset Harbor. This project includes three structures, named the North, South, and West buildings, each three stories tall and totaling 80,000 SF. The North and South buildings which total 48,000 SF, are located at 124 Elm Street, which is also the old site of the Cohasset Harbor Inn. The third, West building, which totals 32,000 SF, will be constructed adjacent to its counterparts at 87 Elm Street. Amenities include a fitness center, waterfront Club Room, and outdoor pool with Cohasset Harbor views. Project plans also include the creation of a 20,000 SF public park and boardwalk along the water’s edge. Additionally, in the North and West building’s first floor, there is a shell space for retails tenants.“

I walk by this development quite often. It's a nice development considering the old motel on this site looked like it was from the 50's or 60's. The BEST thing about the old motel was the tapas restaurant and bar on the water. I hope this new development has something where us non-millionaires can have a drink. LOL

Everything shaded in Red is Scituate, MA and not Cohasset. There is an ongoing feud between the two towns about commercial oyster farms and boat moorings. It's gotten quite ugly.
I put a green box around the other project that I linked to in the previous post.
