This city is really is a disaster. This mayor really s*cks. He won't support this project or others but continues to take taxpayers money to support his FAT BUDGETS. BRA pensions are completely inept to what they actually really do in this city.
Bottom line people we are living on borrowed money and borrowed TIME. The country will be bankrupt in 2010 or 2011. Their is just not enough money to support the corrupt government anymore.

Maybe it is too big for that area but I guess TOMMY determines where the towers go.

Gotta love communism boston at its best.

Not to be rude but does this forum look like ENGLISH 101. It's about developments in a city run by developers and city officials who probably can't read, write or add. So please don't bother correcting my grammar I'm not on your payroll. Please stick to the topics about developments and city politics.

I won't correct your grammar but I will correct your idea of communism. Communism is people collectively working for the betterment of society where all profits go to the state which then levels the playing field between rich and poor.

What you are talking about is a dictatorship (which is what many communist countries turned into).

Ugh, I see the public school system has been quite effective.

Communism isn't about the collective betterment of society, it is about the COMPLETE CONTROL of society. Every communist country ever is, or was, a DICTATORSHIP. To believe otherwise is criminally naive and, in the grand scheme of things, will eventually get lots of people killed.

Our corrupt City Government, isn't communist, it is marginally an oiligarchy or a neo-feudal fiefdom with marginal constitutional conventions placed on the sovereign.

Hello, Niko Bellic. Just kidding. But you are rather cynical about communism. I guess the public schools failed me as well, I thought what Van said was right, at least in theory. Everyone knows it never works in practice (right)?

Well he said don't try to date his daughter, so that would probably make him more like Mikhail Faustin, the Russian! Good to see another GTA IV fan on the board though haha.

Why did you delete our past posts. It's all good humor. Sometimes the board members need a little rattling on what nonsense we come up with.

As for the Congress St Garage. 3 Million Square Feet is alot of development for that area. I would like to see the renderings if anybody has a linked to them?

Now that looks like Communism. Someone wrote some propaganda and attached The Rifleman's name to it. Commie bastards.

If'n I remember my History of Western Civ. II class (and I should I just took it in January.)

Socialism is government run by the people and for the people (the people being the working class which would ultimately rise to become the ruling class (in theory).) Communism was the brainchild of Lenin and his Communist party (first place this came from.) Which was just another take on the centuries old idea of the absolutist wrapped in Socialist Marxist eutopian BS.

But, I only took the class for the credits, so I might have missed the point.
