Crowdfunded skyscraper
Interesting idea that was actually built. Instead of wealthy individuals or companies reaping the profits a tall skyscraper was crowdfunded in Columbia and the profits are paid out to the citizens who invested in it. Interesting idea. Id take it a step further and use it to build affordable housing, that can fit hundreds to thousands of people. This could be a great way to move fwd in the future. They do this with much smaller projects as well obviously.
