US is now building a giant bike trail that will go coast-to-coast

Soon, you could take a cross country trip by any means.

That's exciting news! My parents rode from Oregon to Maine after they retired and definitely had a few spots with fairly bad biking conditions. A complete connected path like this will really open up options for long distance bike touring.
