A new brand of yet to be developed boutique hotels by Marriott and Ian Schrager. Boston is on the list of initial markets to be explored. Awesome concept. Consumers get the unique, boutique hotel, and investors get the ROI of a global luxury brand. Of course, it's unlikely this will happen anytime in the near future.

the club was about half way in between, I think. It was torn down because it was in the way of either the I-90 tunnel or the Silver Line tunnel, I forget which.

Ok, almost everything. That place is still pretty awesome but seeing parents with strollers walking down the Bowery freaks me out more than seeing homeless.
