I am trying to put together a list of foreign based companies that have their North American, or American headquarters in Boston, or the Metro area.

So far I have the following

EF in Cambridge (Switzerland)
Bentley in Boston (England)
Novartis in Boston (Switzerland)
Sovereign Bank (Spain)
Carl Zeiss in Peabody (Germany)
Reebok in Canton (Germany)
Stop & Shop in Quincy (Netherlands)

While the CEO and most of upper management are based in Boston, the *official* sovereign bank HQ is in PA.

I believe their research HQs for North America are based in Boston.
