Found this Charlie card under my bed: Does anyone know what the deal with this one is?

I found this older looking Charlie card under my bed, that I was given to by a employee at Oak grove station about a year ago, and it looked different from the other cards in my collection. In the attached photo, the card that I was given is on the left, and I compared it to a monthly commuter rail pass, and monthly subway pass. Does anyone know what this pass was used for/who it was given to? Thanks!

I have the same card. It's nothing special. It's just a minor design change so they could fit the contactless payment logo on it.
