Merrimack Everet Turnpike and Bridge...?

OK, Along Everett Turnpike, over the D.W. Highway, there is some new bridge work, and looks like it connects to the highway and then goes over D.W. Highway. What is this?

After trying to find stuff on this after driving by it today, I noticed the lack of bridges across Merrimack River, got Manchester which has a shit ton, he highways, and like one in Nashua. Also have one in Hudson. But there really are not many.

Anyways, does anyone know what is going on here? Any links to articles on it? I can't find anything. Thanks.
