Finally it looks as if the rest of North Point has some new (and old) developers. We have a meeting on September 15th to discuss our condo's relationship to the new development team. PanAm railways is still a part of this team. They settled the litigation with their previous partners and now have new partners. The HYM Investment Group LLC (Boston based real estate investment and development company) and a "major institutional equity investor" are the two new partners. I don't have any more specific information but will post when I do.

Good news. Id like to see if the plan has any changes.

HYM Investment Group is run (and owned, according to Linked In) by Thomas O"Brien, who used to be the Director of the Boston Redevelopment Authority. His new firm is the developer (but not owner) of the Government Center Garage, replacing Raymond Properties, earlier this year.

Why is Pan Am a part of this? Was the old yard Pan Am property and not MBTA property?

Pan Am Railways used to be Guilford Rail System, which owns the remnants of the Boston & Maine Railroad, which owned the rails.
