Architect is Pickard Chilton of New Haven

This is being built for an energy company so unlike, say Tommy's Tower, this is going to be built. I like it and I want to know more about that funnel looking thing at the base of the tower (winter garden?)

this pisses me off...why does tiny OKC with 3 buildings of considerable height get a pretty tall building like this?

Is this actually becoming a real city? They've also managed to steal Seattle's NBA team.

That rendering makes the tower look deceptively light and airy.

^Combination of Both. It's a stubby ESB with the top of the JHT. Interesting to say the least. Anyone know were the three rank in terms of dates constructed? Which one was first and which ones "borrowed" from the designs?

Both the OKC tower and the ESB was completed in 1931. The Berkeley tower in Boston was built in 1947.
