It appears that the Citizen M will not have colossal order like the Car Gurus.

Except the north side. The north side appears to have the facade come across the floor plates on every floor but even there its more pronounced at every other floor creating noticeable groupings of 2 floors, but even then this side I wouldnt consider colossal order. So it does, but not(ish) on the cambridge facing side.

So this is a tech company where the staff is probably mostly WFH. I imagine that this office will be mostly empty. So people driving into Boston will be greeted by a shiny new building with no one in it?

Like the Verizon tower at the Garden in that way, I guess. At least from the Zakim at night, it looks like they still haven't filled around 15% of the floors.

I really like that both towers use a similar, quality façade. Some developments seem to be a bunch of disparate buildings randomly thrown up, not complementing each other (I'm thinking Cambridge Crossing and also the Verizon and the other buildings at North Station). This, however, looks entirely cohesive and attractive.

From my understanding they are pretty desperately trying to enforce a rtw policy. I also believe they have (or are trying to) subleased back some of the space they already leased.
