Surprised they went with artists over housing for this but that seems typical decision-making in town. The property has been vacant for five years; let's hope their plans to be up and running this year come to fruition.

Bay State Cruise Line has extended its season through Thanksgiving weekend. You can take a fast ferry to/from Boston to/from Provincetown on Friday evenings or Sunday afternoons. $59 one way / $88 round trip

Unfortunately, Thanksgiving weekend they are only doing the regular Friday & Sunday trips so you can't go down Wednesday night to enjoy the entire weekend.

This project is of particular interest since it takes advantage of the town's inclusionary zoning bylaw to get a density bonus and build 13 11 units with one off-site affordable unit where only 3 units would normally be permitted as of right...

30 Shank Painter Road
Demolish existing building & construct 13 11 apartments (4 of them to be one off-site affordable unit)

Lots of site plans and elevations in the Flickr album: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmJx9MtK

Is this the site of the current police station, or the house on the corner of Brown Street?

This is on the corner of Shank Painter & Browne (Dr O'Malley's former office).

Here's a link to it in Google streetview from Sept 2019. Its parking lot is fenced off and the for sale signs are visible.

227R Commercial Street (Old Reliable)

UPDATE
: This project was approved by the Planning Board last night (Jan 23, 2020): 31 hotel rooms, restaurant, bar, 4 condos, 14 on-site parking spaces (for hotel and condos only), covered bike parking, & new recreational pier. The owner still needs to go through the state's Chapter 91 licensing and local conservation commission review.

Ths signage plan makes it look like it will be named the "Reliable Hotel".

Here are a couple of new renders included in the Planning Board packet for their meeting on Jan. 23, 2020:

There are lots more documents about traffic, circulation, building heights, and FEMA regulations in the full album on Flickr.

Pilgrim Monument Funicular / Bradford Access Project - 1 High Pole Hill Rd

This incline elevator project was approved back in 2018 and began construction in February 2020. Project start was delayed due to an abutter lawsuit which was settled in August 2019 (Provincetown funicular lawsuit dropped, building permit issued, Provincetown Banner, August 28, 2019).

It includes a small park and headhouse on Bradford Street next to the Bas Relief Park and a platform at the top of the hill in the Monument grounds.

Video walkthrough:
