$26M in Financing Secured for Randolph Development​

“A Westborough-based developer has closed on a $26,400,000. through Northern Bank & Trust for 16 Fencourt Ave. in Randolph. The 7+ acre site was previously home to the James M. Hurley Senior & Veterans Visitor Center. Plans call for a mixed-use development to include 107 apartments and nearly 12,000 square feet of commercial space.”
