Vornado Realty Trust out of New York City have plans to build a 50 story tower above the old Macy?s . It is rumored the building will house retail(Perhaps A Whole Food?), hotel and Luxury condominiums.

Wait ... Vornado is behind the Filene's building development, right?

Does this guy have the wrong information? Seeing as he talks about the "rumor" that a building is going up across from Archstone, I think so. That's Kensington Place, announced years ago. Same goes for Hayward Place development plans.
