These are the last pics from my local neighborhood tour. The first set is from Kasuga, the neighborhood south of both Nishikata and Koishikawa, and is where Tokyo Dome City and the Bunkyo-ku Ward Office are. It's functionally Bunkyo-ku's downtown.
