Transit and Infrastructure Recent Threads Cleanup

Can we figure out how to clean up the Transit and Infrastructure forum a bit? At least the "Snow Storm Shutdown" and "Scott Resigns" threads?

There's a TON of cross-posting going on, and parallel conversations which really should be taking place together.

I've posted my thoughts in both of those threads on where things should go.

IMO:

• MBTA service suspensions/resumptions and other issues should go back in the "Driven by Customer 'Service'" thread, where that stuff normally goes.
• Merge the Scott resignation thread and the snowpocalypse thread and rename it something like "MBTA Collapse & the Future" for us to keep discussing the government's response to the T's woes, and debate solutions.

Thoughts?

I agree. Merge the "Dr. Beverly Scott resigns" and "MBTA & Regular Driving May Be Shut Down During Coming Snowstorm!" threads into a "MBTA Winter 2015: Failure and Recovery" or something of the sort.
