i have been so busy this year working very hard, + travel/r&r.

~28 k miles of travel the past 120 days..... incl at one point (31 states in 12 days)

Very little free time to update the scoreboard....

i need to spend a couple of weeks on it.

its a reasonably accurate list. but i need to work on it (more).

i suck.
 
I believe SST’s final shot at approval was extended out to april with a waiver, so soon we should finally have an idea about whats finally going to happen there and hopefully its finally the good news. At least well have an answer finally this year unless some other unforseen circumstances happen, but theyre getting tired its going to be now or never.
 
There's no way this project isn't going u/c as rendered & approved with this development team........

Not @ 97.633% ready-to-go..... Too big to fail.
