That retail corridor between this and 101 is going to go well with seaport square across the street. This is really going to bring that core/destination/square to the seaport that it desparately lacks at the moment. Not to mention this is exactly what pretty much everyone has been asking for. Stop with the square glass boxes and bring some excitement to this height restricted area. This actually makes the buildings around it better, because having a lot of random shapes looks bad, but a bunch of nice boxes with a few standout designs i feel always works well. Having the centerpiece thus far of the seaport built right at seaport square along with the memorial is extremely fitting for a city square.
