Which is why Wynn has to decide how much it is worth to the casino and his other real estate investments in the area... since this wasn't a condition of the casino commission this is about ROI.
I hope we aren't in a situation where the study was funded by Wynn so we get a bridge directly to the casino and then it comes in too high and then it gets shelved because Wynn won't fund the whole thing... where a couple small pedestrian/bike draw bridges over the dam might better serve the rest of the community and possibly be cheaper if Wynn money wasn't on the table and multiple stakeholders weren't at the table.
Yes and no. Unless he alters the odds to be more favorable to the house, then any funding he contributes will come off his bottom line.
