Panera is opening soon on the same block (where Bar Louie once was). Street level activation is coming.

What's in that building that's located before? Feel like that and the parking lot are ripe for development opportunities.

The 3 story concrete block? That, AFAIK, is a BIDMC research / lab facility. As for the parking lot, I believe that is actually owned by the Red Sox. For what it's worth, that lot is part of the Fenway Corner project, discussion thread here. It looks like they're focused on the "Jersey Block" at the moment, but they'll probably turn their attention to this side once they're done.
