“A new 49-unit, four-story mixed-use condominium development has been proposed at the corner of Clarke and Raymond streets in Lexington, replacing an existing one-story, 12,500-square-foot medical office building and its 42-space surface parking lot. The project, set on a 40,689-square-foot parcel in the town center, calls for approximately 4,900 square feet of ground-floor commercial and retail space fronting Clarke Street, along with a below-grade garage providing 50 residential parking spaces and an additional 17 exterior spaces for visitors and commercial use….”

According to the Lexington Planning Department's MBTA Communities Zoning tracker, this application has been in front of the Historic District Commission on September 4, October 9, and December 4 in 2025, and February 5, March 5, April 2, and if you want to provide input will be back again on May 7 in 2026. I think my input would be - Just make a decision already!!
