Regardless of what one thinks of the NOMA residential tower from the outside, there's no doubting it has some crazy good views from the inside. This tower seems to be marketed as "one65 Main":
^while it will indeed be sad to see Eastgate go, assuming they proceed with the Site 2 development, the end result will be a much better streetwall. The stretch of Main St. from the end of Site 3 to the Longfellow was always a dead zone. All of the street level activation they have planned will actually create a sense of "Square" associated with the main Kendall square intersection.
