This is an important parcel to fill. Its in a weird spot that would leave a gap in the street wall. Im glad theyre getting this out of the way.
Agreed. Is there any indication what the concave triangular parcel will become next door? It's current being used as office trailer staging for this project. Maybe it could be incorporated with any parcel A2 development, thus covering the off ramp.
