There are so many condo/apartment/hotel buildings under construction on Revere Beach that I can't keep them all straight. Does anybody have a good map of everything under construction or planned?

Went to check out Dryft the other night. The pedestrian bridge and stairs are lit up at night, very Revere Beach!. Not the best picture but there you go. The place was packed, fresh seafood, good drinks, not too expensive. The fog on the beach provided an interesting ambience as well..

It would be great if Revere beach or Nantasket beach brought back a roller coaster. Feel like it would help Revere beach/Nantasket to their glory days and help make them both destinations. Not sure if there's an appetite for that given all of the "higher" end places going in at Revere.

Seriously, even putt-putt golf or an arcade would be nice. I'm surprised a water slide hasn't opened in the past 20 years, those seem to be everywhere. And why isn't Richie's shaved ice shack or cart on the boardwalk?

The first — an application by The Neighborhood Developers (TND), Inc., 4 Gerrish Avenue, Chelsea for multiple variances to enable the construction of a 75,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building at 110 Ocean Avenue — proved non-controversial, with no opposition and a host of supporters, including city officials and many residents.

However, the second matter — a request by Nefta Realty Trust, LLC, c/o Ahmad Selman, 1176 North Shore Road, for multiple variances to enable the construction of a 10-story, 160-unit apartment building on the properties at 6 Agawam Street and 1176-1198 North Shore Road — brought out a score of proponents and some opponents.
