drove by this morning ont he way to daycare and it looks like excavation for foundations for the front half has started
 
I'm surprised that the zoning laws allowed for housing in that location. It's hardly the garden spot in Worcester, sandwiched between 290 and the trucking terminals for CSX. No thanks.
 
They can sell it as “Views onto the Port of Worcester from every unit”

Its the edge of downtown and there us residential on the other side of the track. While not the most attractive spot, being next to a rail is not strange in a city

It's wedged between clapped-out industrial, an intermodal yard, rail, and an 8-lane highway.
