Boston Landing | New Balance Complex | Brighton

If they are planning a raised crosswalk I still don't see why the new curbing wasn't laid to accommodate such. This seems like an accessibility oversight that will need to be fixed.

I'm so happy to see this development finally coming to fruition after all these years. It'll be a wonderful asset for the Greater Boston region and local athletic community.

It's amusing, actually... as a whole, Boston today is more or less a velodrome and new stadium away from reflecting the Boston 2024 Olympic Host it was originally envisioned. While the transportation concerns that helped derail the bid were merited, our built environment has begun to reflect the aspirational walkable, wellness mecca local Olympic Committee organizers had envisioned for the city. That's pretty cool.

Cleaning up this thread title because I don't think anyone is confused about what this project is anymore.

So, still no work being done on this project? I thought all construction restrictions had been lifted in Boston by this point in time.

Atlantaden -- Not totally sure about the COVID-19 vs Construction -- it seems to vary depending on the venue and the type of construction
in Boston there may still be limits on construction which is considered {interior} versus vertical or open to the sky
