Locals in a huff. Mostly about our lack of affordable housing, which I tend to agree with.
The zoning board approved. Let's see if the planning board agrees later this month.

The plaza currently includes Mexicali Cantina Grill and InHouse Coffee. At one time the building was home to Lawless Cadillac Pontiac.

I don’t think this one is going to happen. Too bad because it was architecturally interesting.

Same, 9 stories. Mass timber construction, not a box and highly visible...would have been nice
